IPS Group was formed in 1997 in order to meet the communications needs of an ever-increasing global clientele. The world's growing interest in targeting reporting, business reviews and concerns over the rising competition for global funds led IPS to develop an integrated firm dedicated to providing both world-renowned media and IPS' own international client base with a stronger communication outlet.

The company’s senior management had already accumulated more than a decade’s experience in the field of special sections when they decided to form the company, and had established strong ties with many of the world’s leading media that they have sustained since, building new relationships along the way.
